Certainly, not an easy thing to do, especially with our pushing fast-food society. I am learning how to wait every day: When I wait for my morning cup of coffee, at the bus stop , lining at the supermarket to pay my groceries , pregnancies , burocracy of any color, name it ¡
There are really annoying waiting situations, our toll free numbers are at the top of my list with horrible songs , or the complicated telephone tree systems that go nowhere and burocracy but we fins ways , at least I try to find the way to entertain myself or rather have a pleasant or productive waiting time. THANKS to speakerphones systems , Ipods , books, newspapers and IMAGINATION I manage to transform those sterile moments as an oasis. Nevertheless, the tricky ones are the ones that will transform our lives , waiting for a call from that men or women , waiting for a job , waiting for blood test results or our grades after an exam .
I wish we could transform our waiting moments in something that does not poor anxiety or desperation and just let them flow. Try to let go your worries anytime you wait or simply fulfill the time in a different way.

hola Anna,
